Earning free court time

The rewards replace each other — they don't add up. At 5 hours you can take 0.5 free hours. Leave it, keep playing, and at 20 hours it has become 3.5 — not 0.5 plus 3.5. Claiming resets your hours to zero and starts the climb again.

You've earned a reward

1.5 free hours available

Use it on this booking, or play 5 more hours and it becomes 2.5 hours instead.

Use it now

The free hours come off your own share. Your hours restart at zero, and anything left over stays yours for next time.

Keep growing

Nothing is spent. Your hours keep building until the next milestone, where the reward is bigger.

One exception

At the very top of the ladder there is nothing left to wait for, so the reward is applied for you rather than offered.

Two things that do not earn

12:00

Happy-hour time

Already discounted, so it does not also build towards a free hour — and a free hour cannot be spent on it.

Club 20%

Club member rates

That rate is your discount — Monday to Thursday, regular hours. You hold a club rate or loyalty hours, never both at once.

That's everything.
